When complete, we will have a dynamic user-friendly website for the church family and site visitors. Calling all Middle and High School Teens!‖ You are invited to attend the initial meeting TODAY, immediately following the 10 a.m. service in C. Butler Fellowship Hall. Please come and be a part of the planning process for your teen ministry. Bring your ideas, expectations and questions so that we may have a productive discussion. Refreshment will be provided. The California State University CSU Super Sunday VI , next Sunday, Feb. 27th. Our guest, Dr. Richard Rush, President of California State University, Channel Islands, will give a brief educational talk during the 10:00 am service. We need two CSU Alums or other members to volunteers to help manage the information table along with the CSU outreach staff. If you can volunteer, please see Gayle Gaskin Brown after service today.
Prayer Warriors Needed. Do you consider yourself a prayer warrior with the gift of intercessory prayer? If so, we need you to become a part of the Intercessory Prayer Ministry. Our monthly meeting is on the 2nd Sunday immediately following the 10:00 am service. For more information please contact Rev. Betty McKiver at bettymckiver@aol.com.

The California State University will host CSU Super Sunday VI in the Southern California area churches this month. Super Sunday is part of the CSU’s Outreach Initiative to Underrepresented Communities, focusing on outreach to the African American church community, providing encouragement and information to students and their families about the importance of preparing for, attending, and graduating from college. On Sunday, Feb. 27th, our guest speaker, Dr. Richard Rush, President of California State University, Channel Islands, will give a brief educational talk during the 10:00 am service. The Children, Youth and Teen Praise Dance Ministry has resumed. Praise Dance rehearsal is each Sunday at 12:00 Noon.
The WORD Ministry Quarterly Breakfast Fellowship will be held on Sat., Feb. 12th at 9:00 a.m. in C. Butler Hall. Rev. Earline Gentry will be our Speaker. Ladies of all ages are invited to attend; there is no cost, just your presence.
The Seasoned Saints are seeking new members. If you are 55 years and older and would like to join an active group of seniors, please sign-in up today in the REACH Enrichment Center. One of the
Seasoned Saints members will assist you and give you more information about the ministry.
The Stewardess Board needs dedicated women to commit to service. This ministry supports the Stewards by preparing the implements and elements of Holy Communion and Holy Baptism; preparing the Pastor’s pulpit table, and other important duties related to the support of the Worship Service. Please contact Pam Pitcher for more information.
The Health & Wellness Ministry needs a licensed Nurse to help with first aid during the Sunday 7:30 a.m. Worship Service. If you have this vocation and are willing to serve, please contact Connie Seale.
Volunteers are needed to work with the Audio/Video Dept. If interested in joining this ministry, stop by the Audio/Video Room and meet with Brenda Josenberger or Bill Streeter.
All new members who have not completed the "Christian Enhancement Program" are encouraged to do so. Classes are each Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. in the Moses Room, except on the 1st Sunday when the classes are at 8:00 a.m.
